Why buy spools from a flange and fitting maker
Most spool delays come from waiting on flanges and fittings in the right grade. We manufacture those ourselves, so exotic-alloy spools are not held up by a third-party forging order, and the heat numbers on every component sit in one record.
How every order is checked
We are certified to ISO 9001:2015 and approved under IBR. The same four checks apply to every order, whether it is a dozen flanges or a full project BOQ.
Raw material check
Mill certificates are checked against the purchase order, and heat numbers are logged when material arrives.
Traceable processing
Heat numbers carry through cutting, forging or forming, machining and welding, so every piece links back to its mill certificate.
Testing and inspection
Dimensional checks, PMI and the NDT your QAP calls for. Third-party inspection is arranged when you specify an agency.
Documents with dispatch
Material test certificates to EN 10204 3.1, or 3.2 when witnessed, with the inspection reports your contract asks for.

What does Teshi Process Solutions supply?
Prefabricated pipe spools and piping assemblies made to your isometrics, in corrosion-resistant alloys and conventional steels, using flanges, fittings and bolting we manufacture ourselves.
Do you design process systems?
We fabricate to the client's or licensor's design: isometrics, P&IDs and specifications. Material selection support is offered as guidance, but the process design responsibility stays with your engineering team.
Which alloys do you fabricate?
Carbon and chrome-moly steel, 304L and 316L, 904L, 254 SMO, duplex and super duplex, titanium, nickel alloys and copper-nickel.
Are spools hydrotested before dispatch?
Spools are tested as your QAP requires, typically NDT on shop welds and hydrotest where specified, then cleaned, capped and tagged.
